Terms of Service

LaunchPanda lets you upload and organize ad creatives and launch advertising campaigns to your own connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account. You must connect your own Meta account, with appropriate admin access, to launch campaigns.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to run advertising campaigns in your jurisdiction.

When you connect your Meta account, you authorize LaunchPanda to access and act on the ad accounts and Pages you select, for the purpose of creating and managing campaigns you configure. You can revoke this access at any time. You remain responsible for all ad spend and campaigns launched through your connected account, including those launched via LaunchPanda.

You agree not to use LaunchPanda to create or launch content that violates Meta's Advertising Policies, Community Standards, or applicable law, including but not limited to misleading claims, prohibited products, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

You retain ownership of the creatives, copy, and other content you upload. You're responsible for having the rights to use everything you upload and launch.

LaunchPanda is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses caused by Meta platform outages, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, LaunchPanda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost ad spend or lost profits, arising from use of the Service.

You may stop using LaunchPanda and disconnect your Meta account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
