Privacy Policy

• Account information: name and email address when you create a LaunchPanda account.
• Meta connection data: when you connect your Meta account via Facebook Login for Business, we receive and store an access token, your Facebook user ID and name, and the ad account(s) and Page(s) you choose to connect. We do not receive or store your Facebook password.
• Content you upload: ad creatives (images/videos), ad copy, and campaign configuration you create inside LaunchPanda, stored in our cloud storage provider (iDrive e2).
• Usage data: basic log data (timestamps, actions taken) to keep the product working and secure.

• To operate the product: display your creatives, launch campaigns you configure to your connected Meta ad account, and show you performance data you request.
• To maintain your Meta connection (refreshing tokens, detecting when you need to reconnect).
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your Meta data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside operating LaunchPanda for you.

• We share data with Meta only as required to perform the actions you request (e.g. creating a campaign you built in the launch wizard).
• We share data with our infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase for database/auth, iDrive e2 for file storage) solely to operate the product. These providers do not use your data for their own purposes.
• We do not share your data with any other third party.

• We retain your account data and Meta connection for as long as your account is active.
• If you disconnect your Meta account, we delete the stored access token immediately.
• If you delete your LaunchPanda account, we delete your creatives, campaign data, and connection data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.

• You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from Integrations — this revokes LaunchPanda's access on Facebook's side and deletes the stored token.
• You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by emailing support@cretikpanda.com or calling 8001600416.
• You can review and manage what LaunchPanda can access at any time via your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

Access tokens and other sensitive data are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to the people operating LaunchPanda.

LaunchPanda is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
